Wisconsin Council on Workforce Investment

The Council on Workforce Investment (CWI) advises the Governor on workforce investment strategies, policies and programs to assist the Governor in advancing his Grow Wisconsin economic and workforce development plan and in enhancing the operation and performance of the state's workforce programs.
As part of its leadership role, the CWI concentrates on the key goals emanating from the "Grow Wisconsin -- Invest in People" focus area, including:
- Increasing education, skills and wages;

- Resulting in a highly educated, skilled and motivated workforce;
- For a vibrant, globally competitive economy;
- And an exceptional quality of life for Wisconsin's citizens."
